We are a company that gives great importance to the protection of our customers’ privacy, acting in accordance with EU regulations on the protection of personal data, i.e. in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and national regulations, in particular the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data). To whom may we transfer your data?
Your data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

- to external sales or service companies,

- to banks and financial institutions,
- to supervisory and tax authorities,

What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?

What are cookies?
Cookies are short text information which are stored on your device while using the Website. They contain IT data such as:

The time for which personal data is stored depends on the purposes of its processing. The data will be processed until the purpose is fulfilled and also longer if this results from separate regulations (e.g. tax regulations) or for the purpose of asserting claims against the background of relations between the parties until these claims are finally resolved by legal means.

Obviously, in an effort to ensure the highest level of data security, it is necessary to modify this document to take into account changes in the law, keep up with new technologies and effectively protect against new emerging risks.
