CSB series drum driers manufactured by our company with a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h are intended for drying chipped biomass, including sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. All models of CSB series drum dryers are adapted to work with heat generators for both wet (humidity up to 55%) and dry biomass (humidity up to 20%). Our dryers are designed with a view to maximally increase the level of safety during their operation which is guaranteed by the significant reduction in the temperature of the drying agent, the application of a flap automatically cutting off the flow of the drying agent to the drum of the dryer and the implementation of a modern fire protection system and an exhaust gas purification system in all dryer models. CSB series drum dryers feature a solid construction and aesthetic design. They work stably and efficiently.
Main advantages of drum dryers:
LTD - low temperature drying
The special design of the drum allows for drying the material with a larger amount of air at a lower temperature (approx. 350°C) which mainly distinguishes our product from other drum dryers available both on the domestic and foreign markets.
OPS - one pass system
A one-way material flow system preventing the raw material from drying out.
GCS - gas cleaning system
Drying gas cleaning system preventing sparks and soot from entering the dried material.
FPS - fire protection system
The Firefly automatic fire protection system monitors all temperatures and feeding of raw material and detects sparks at the exit of the drying drum. The system prevents the material in the drying drum from catching fire, but if such a situation arises, it automatically extinguishes the fire and prevents it from spreading to other machines and the production hall.
SOV - shut off valve
Valve that automatically cuts off the hot drying medium supply to the dryer drum.
HCS - humidity control system
Automatic material humidity control system for precise drying.
ASDS - automatic self-diagnosis system
Automatic self-diagnostic system with notifications of detected failures and errors.
